Thank you everyone for your patience. The initial sewer flushing project has been completed from Arbor Dr, through Ramblewood, to Tiogue Ave, and to the Sandy Bottom pump station. We have also flushed the line on Rt. 117 to the West Warwick line. Though the strength of the odor overall has been decreased it has not been eliminated. We are continuing to investigate the source of the smell and have brought on additional resources in an attempt to narrow the location of its origin. We continue to work with our partners in West Greenwich and West Warwick as they move forward with getting their pump station flushed and we move towards getting the Sandy Bottom station flushed. We are also working on establishing a maintenance program going forward once this situation has been resolved to try and prevent a similar situation in the future.
