The Rhode Island House Special Commission to study and provide findings and potential solutions to address the flooding of the Pawtuxet River would like to hear from you. The Commission is charged with recommending potential infrastructure and policy solutions to minimize flood impacts and promote resilience. The Commission would like to hear from residents and business owners impacted by flooding from the Pawtuxet River at their November 24, 2025 meeting. The Commission meets at 3:30 p.m. in Room 135 at the State House. Comments may also be emailed to tlombardi@rhodeislandlegislature.gov. Rep.
