KENT WATER AUTHORITY – 7 YR. TERM
Chapter 1740 of the Public Laws, 1946 created a board to be known as the Kent County Water Authority RIGL Section 39-16-4. The Kent County Water Authority shall consist of five (7) members, one (1) member to be appointed by the Town Council of East Greenwich and two (2) members to be appointed by the City Council of the city of Warwick, and two (2) members to be appointed by the Town Council of Coventry and West Warwick .
