The Coventry Land Trust will conduct a Public Hearing and hold a vote on a purchase of the “Soucy Property,” owner Trustees Michael E. & Roberta A. Soucy, located at 0 Meeting St., Coventry, AP 62 Lot 78. This Public Hearing will allow the public to provide verbal comments at the meeting. After conducting the Public Hearing, the Land Trust will formally consider two actions: 1) a vote on funding the purchase of the Soucy Property under its authority, and 2) a recommendation to the Town Council for their consideration of the same under their separate authority.
The Public Hearing will be held on Monday, September 14th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. This meeting will be convened in-person in the Planning Department Conference Room at the Coventry Town Hall Annex, 1675 Flat River Road. As an additional courtesy, the Town intends to make the meeting available for public participation using Zoom Video Conference Technology to provide potential remote access to the deliberations of the Coventry Land Trust.
