  Approved Home Rule Charter Questions for November 5, 2024 ballot

At a meeting of the Town Council of July 23, 2024, two resolutions were adopted approving the following questions, which are placed on the November 5, 2024 ballot with regard to the Town’s Home Rule Charter.  The question, along with explanation, is listed below:

If approved, these amendments would become effective upon passage.

(Town Council Resolution 2024-58 adopted August 1, 2024 “Approving Ballot Language and Affirming Town Council Action Concerning Resolution 2024-53 & 2024-54”
