The Town is looking for eight people who are interested in serving on the Economic Development Commission.
The Economic Development Commission’s (EDC’s) mission is to promote and encourage the location and development of new businesses, and to encourage the maintenance and expansion of trade and business in the town.
-Do you own a business in town?
-Do you have a background in public relations, finance, real estate, farming, industry, or a skill that would support the EDC’s efforts?
-Are you interested in helping to create events to showcase Coventry businesses?
-Do you have ideas to promote and encourage businesses to locate to Coventry?
-Are you willing to conduct surveys, compile statistics, or help write reports to show the Economic Development Commission’s progress?
-Are you willing to actively participate in meetings every other month?
