“As the public may be aware, the Town of Coventry is presently in Kent County Superior Court before Associate Justice Richard Licht on the Town’s motion for a temporary restraining order concerning the failure of Johnson’s Pond ownership, Soscia Holdings LLC, to follow the terms of its lease with the Town, namely, Soscia’s failure to maintain water at spillway level subject to certain adjustments which are set out in the lease. While proceedings continue before the Court on the Town’s TRO, today Judge Licht ordered, in part, that Soscia shall maintain water levels in Johnson’s Pond in accordance with the requirements of the lease it has entered into with the Town of Coventry.” Stephen J.
