Flat River Reservoir Press Release

The Town of Coventry takes Soscia Holdings, LLC's threats to alter, modify, breach, or remove the dam on Flat River Reservoir seriously and, as such, filed an action against Soscia Holdings on March 6^th in Kent County Superior Court for declaratory and injunctive relief in an effort to prevent any alteration of the pond or demolition of the dam or spillway. The Court has not set a hearing date.
